Digital Television Aerial Installations

We are registered aerial installers with the Confederation of Aerial Industries, the CAI. This is the benchmark for quality aerial and satellite installation. They rigorously test and assess aerials, distribution amplifiers, cable and anciliiary products and we always ensure that our installations include only those which are CAI approved.

For instance, we only use Blake television aerials, which are fully CAI approved.

Satellite Installations

Satellite dishes are a requirement for both Sky and Freesat television systems. Our engineers are experienced at installing dishes in discreet locations to suit your requirements. For instance we regularly work on Grade II listed buildings.

We have also installed foreign satellite systems, particularly for Polish, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Romanian and Arab nationals currently residing in the UK.

Foreign satellite is also popular with those learning a foreign language.

DAB / FM Aerial Installations

DAB aerial installations are a necessity in the local area in order to successfully receive all the DAB radio stations.

FM aerials guarantee constantly reliable FM reception.

When I have bought televisions and video recorders from Thompsons they have always been helpful and efficient with their installation and servicing and this is now also the case for computers and associated equipment. Any problems are often dealt with over the phone but if this is not possible a service call soon follows.

Having negotiated a price, which was acceptable, for both our computer and printer we then received a first class service when setting up the new equipment and any follow up which was necessary. I find that, although Thomsons might be slightly more expensive, this is more than compensated by the service and attention one receives from this company and therefore I would highly recommend them. My comments also apply to the purchase of televisions etc.
