We have employed two full time bench engineers for over 30 years and are happy to receive repairs over the counter in store, or collect your equipment from the home and provide loan products while we investigate your equipment.

VHS – DVD and Cassette/Vinyl to CD Dubbing

We are happy to copy media from old formats, including home videos, weddings and your favourite records.

When I have bought televisions and video recorders from Thompsons they have always been helpful and efficient with their installation and servicing and this is now also the case for computers and associated equipment. Any problems are often dealt with over the phone but if this is not possible a service call soon follows.

Purchased an Acer computer and Epson printer XP -435 . Everything set up by Thomsons quickly and efficiently. Any issues were resolved immediately and professionally by them(Mike) .Their after sales service it has to be said is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Thomsons.

Having negotiated a price, which was acceptable, for both our computer and printer we then received a first class service when setting up the new equipment and any follow up which was necessary. I find that, although Thomsons might be slightly more expensive, this is more than compensated by the service and attention one receives from this company and therefore I would highly recommend them. My comments also apply to the purchase of televisions etc.
