Having negotiated a price, which was acceptable, for both our computer and printer we then received a first class service when setting up the new equipment and any follow up which was necessary. I find that, although Thomsons might be slightly more expensive, this is more than compensated by the service and attention one receives from this company and therefore I would highly recommend them. My comments also apply to the purchase of televisions etc.
